The Role As an HLOP Driver, your responsibilities will include: Operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) in a safe and controlled manner Picking, replenishing, and relocating stock within the warehouse Ensuring goods are stored in the correct locations Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed Complying with all health and safety guidelines, including working at height Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised What We're Looking For Proven experience operating an HLOP Valid HLOP licence or recognised MHE qualification Confidence working at height with appropriate safety equipment Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team Flexible approach to supporting wider warehouse tasks Own transport is highly desirable due to limited public transport and site location Whats on Offer £14.14 per hour from 2:00pm 8:00pm £17.15 per hour from 8:00pm 10:00pm Monday to Friday afternoon shift Weekly pay Temp-to-perm opportunity Friendly and supportive working environment Long-term career opportunities Please note: The initial two weeks of training will take place at an alternative warehouse location before moving to the main Derby site.
