    How the role will make an impact: Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Head of Marketing drives growth and competitive advantage across the Hardware brands (ERA, Giesse, Zoo, Reguitti) and Access Solutions supporting Quanex International's European regional portfolio. This leader develops integrated marketing programs that accelerate market penetration, strengthen brand equity and generate measurable pipeline impact across the region. The role oversees demand generation, product launches, sales enablement and campaigns that directly contribute to revenue objectives and support the commercial strategic plan.
    Main Tasks & Responsibilities:Develop the demand generation strategy across System House, OEM and Distribution channels. Set priorities, audience focus and investment rationale that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline growth.Own the regional marketing plan and commercial objectives, translating business priorities into clear marketing goals with measurable KPIs tied to revenue contribution.Partner with business segment leaders to identify market opportunities and develop targeted growth initiatives.Direct new product launch strategy and go-to-market execution across all regional brands by defining positioning, messaging and value propositions that differentiate in competitive markets.Shape messaging architecture and content strategy that resonates with target audiences across the buyer journey for each brand.Oversee media investment priorities and channel mix strategy across paid, owned and earned.Oversee tradeshow and event strategy setting objectives and commercial outcomes expected from the European event portfolio.Partner with sales leadership to lead the team in developing enablement strategies and define the tools, content and programs that support the buyer journey and accelerate deal velocity.Define pipeline contribution expectations in close partnership with sales and marketing leaders.Own the regional marketing budget allocating investment across demand generation, brand, and go-to-market priorities in alignment with commercial strategy.Develop a suite of KPI's that drive the performance of the European team.Build and develop a high-performing European marketing team through coaching, mentorship and clear accountability.
    Key Skills:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.Proven experience of progressive B2B marketing experience, with leading teams and managing budgets.Manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred, fenestration or building products experience would be advantageous.     How the role will make an impact: We are seeking an experienced hands-on Project Manager with a background in business and IT change to lead cross-functional projects from concept through to closure and lessons learnt. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder communication. The role will cover a wide range of projects including IT, Operational, Commercial etc. and will involve the management of a number of projects concurrently.
    Main Tasks & Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project management for business change, M&A and IT projects.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Warehousing, Quality, IT, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Finance.Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.Manage vendor relationships where required for the successful delivery of the project.Track KPIs and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.Ensure the stakeholders are engaged with the project and kept informed noting that these may be senior leadership within the business.Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders.Ensure projects are closed effectively and lessons learnt are captured.Ensure projects meet the governance standards set out by the PMO.
