    Manufacturing Technicians - Temporary to permanent We are currently recruiting for Manufacturing Technicians to join our clients team in Milton Keynes. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity , with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate. Shift pattern: Rotating 3-shift system: 7am3pm 3pm11pm 11pm7am Fixed shifts may also be available. Once permanent, there are excellent benefits available . The role Youll be working in a busy factory/manufacturing environment where chemicals are used as part of a number of processes. The role involves working with a variety of machinery and equipment, so a strong focus on safety, accuracy and following processes is essential. Your duties will include: Operating and overseeing a variety of machinery Weighing and mixing chemicals Welding and using saws Following detailed instructions and set processes Reading and interpreting information from control panels Handling products safely using the correct tools and PPE Using a range of measuring equipment Working in line with strict health and safety procedures About you Ideally, youll have previous experience within a manufacturing or similar environment, although full training will be provided . Were looking for someone who has: Good attention to detail A strong awareness of health and safety Good practical skills and dexterity The ability to follow processes and instructions accurately A willingness to learn and develop A genuine interest in building a long-term career with the company If youre looking for an opportunity to develop your manufacturing skills and potentially secure a permanent position, wed be keen to hear from you.
