As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the manual assembly of lighting units using a variety of handheld tools and equipment. You will work as part of a supportive production team, following detailed assembly instructions and ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards before dispatch. Key Responsibilities Assembling lighting fixtures and components accurately and efficiently Using handheld tools and assembly equipment safely Carrying out basic electrical wiring and connections as required Following technical drawings, work instructions, and production schedules Conducting quality checks throughout the assembly process Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets Reference: 182193 Duration: Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate!
