We are looking for experienced administrators to join us as soon as possible. The roles that you will cover will be:
– Comply with departmental processes and procedures (using the ELMS system for sales order processing, service user account creation, client searches etc)
– Stock query investigation
– Processing and communication of the out of stock process
– Demonstrate effective communication to service users and prescribers
– Ensure filing is maintained and kept up to date as directed by the Team Leader
– Make sure that the delivery, collection and maintenance confirmation/posting routines are completed when needed
– Deal with costumer complaints
– Ensure that telephone queries are dealt with
