THE OPPORTUNITY Lead on a varied portfolio of banking and finance matters for domestic and international lenders, borrowers and investors. Advise on sophisticated leveraged finance, corporate lending, asset-based lending and real estate finance transactions. Structure, negotiate and deliver complex financing arrangements across a diverse range of sectors. Take a prominent role in acquisition finance, refinancing and strategic lending transactions. Work closely with colleagues across corporate, real estate, tax and restructuring on major multi-disciplinary matters. Develop and strengthen long-standing client relationships while contributing to new business opportunities. Supervise and mentor junior members of the team, supporting their technical and professional development.
