    Our team's mission is to build consistency and drive excellence across all store touchpoints in the outlet channel, ensuring alignment with PVH’s overarching goals of brand growth and market leadership. This team owns the visual experience, collaborating closely with the Hub and EMEA teams to deliver impactful visual merchandising strategies within this channel, with responsibility for ensuring that our visual merchandising initiatives enhance the customer experience and elevate the brand presence in environment.

    The PVH Visual Merchandising team is ultimately responsible for creating and implementing the amazing visual displays we see in our stores across the region north. They act as brand guardians, maintaining look and feel whilst protecting the strong visual and globally recognized brand aesthetics so many of us have come to identify with so well.

    As VM Manager, Outlet for the Hub, you will be crucial to ensuring brand consistency and enhancing the consumer experience. You will lead the visual execution of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein's across the Outlet channel , ensuring that brand guidelines are consistently applied. Your work will be key to ensuring visual excellence in stores, elevating the brand presence, and supporting operational efficiency for VM across the hub, driving the overall success of the department, and contributing to the brands' long-term growth in the region. Reproting to the Director of VM, Hub North, you will also be responsible for championing these values and goals within your field team, developing individual Visual Merchandising talent.

    Key Responsibilities:VM Strategy Execution: Adapt and implement the region’s Visual Merchandising strategy for the Outlet channel across all Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Outlet stores within the market. Ensure alignment with global and regional brand guidelines to maintain a consistent brand experience tailored to outlet retail dynamics. Market adaptation: Ensure VM directives and materials are localized to meet the needs of the specific market (e.g., language, customer behaviour, store formats), while preserving the integrity of global and EMEA standards. Brand Vision and Storytelling: Translate global and regional brand narratives, marketing campaigns, and product stories into compelling in-store experiences tailored to the Outlet shopper. Ensure all Outlet stores reflect the latest brand vision and seasonal direction through elevated visual storytelling. Ensure yourself, and your team, create compelling and impactful installations, with great presentation standards and visually arresting styling in line with brand guidelines Experience in window installation and execution with a flair for styling and detail. VM Execution & Quality Control: Oversee the consistent execution of VM guidelines across the Outlet fleet. Conduct regular store visits to monitor quality and compliance, particularly during peak trade periods, store openings, and seasonal transitions. Support refreshes of new formats or renovated outlets. Sales and VM Analysis: Evaluate the impact of VM strategies on Outlet performance using sales data, traffic insights, and customer behaviour. Use this data to prioritize VM resource allocation and continuously refine execution strategies to drive ROI. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with local production vendors, installers, and visual display partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of VM materials and props across the Outlet fleet, in conjunction with the VM Director and operation Manager, hub north Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local and regional teams across marketing, merchandising, planning, store operations, and field teams to ensure VM is aligned with commercial goals and brand storytelling. Guideline Localization & Training: Support the adaptation and implementation of global VM guidelines and toolkits for the Outlet channel. Provide training and coaching to VM Coordinators, field teams, and store staff to ensure consistent application of standards. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Visual Merchandising Coordinators and Specialists within the Outlet channel, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and brand-driven culture. Store Openings & Renovations: Partner with store development and operations to deliver tailored VM strategies for new Outlet store openings, expansions, and remodels. Ensure brand consistency and strategic product presentation from day one. Performance Improvement: Identify and act on opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation in VM processes and delivery across the Outlet channel. Deputise for the VM Director, hub north when asked, in key meetings or as part of projects and events, presenting to key stake holders if required.
    Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.
    YOU Experience in Visual Merchandising, with significant previous experience within a leadership role, preferably in the Outlet or off-price retail channel. Background in fashion, lifestyle, or multi-brand retail; strong understanding of brand adaptation for Outlet formats. Proven ability to translate global VM strategies into local executions that balance brand integrity with commercial goals. Skilled in floor set planning, storytelling through product displays, and driving product visibility in value-driven environments. Excellent and strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills across all key departments with an ability to manage, motivate, inspire and work effectively within a large team in different countries, with consideration for different cultures and laws. You’ll be creative, commercially aware and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels. Experience managing seasonal rollouts, new store openings, and POSM budgets with operational efficiency. Analytical mindset with ability to track VM impact through sales data, customer feedback, and conversion metrics. Strong project management and vendor coordination abilities to meet deadlines and quality standards. Creative skills, including Adobe creative suite, Planogram tools or basic 3D visualization (eg Sketchup) would be preferred. Acting as true business partners the team are responsible for providing accurate, timely and reliable information which supports and shapes our strategic direction.The team culture is like no other, they are extremely supportive of each other, pulling together through the busy periods they always make sure they have fun and celebrate their successes. The Financial Accountant reports into the Financial Controller and is responsible for the financial accounting and financial reconciliations of the PVH entities across the UK and IrelandResponsibilities include:Working with, instructing and reviewing the output of the work of the Shared Service Centre (SSC) in relation to the following: Sales and margin - review and analyse the monthly results to ensure complete and accurate. Prepayments/rental costs - prepare schedules to calculate monthly charges, prepare the journals for posting by the Shared Services Team and reconciling closing balances to the general ledger. Payroll - take the raw data from the external payroll providers and prepare the journals for posting to the correct cost centres and expense lines. Also provide insight to the business on monthly payroll spend. Lease accounting – enter new leases into the Costar system and ensure leases are properly maintained. Review monthly Journals posted by the Shared Services Team. Deferred rent - prepare calculations and prepare the journals to release landlord contributions and rent free periods. Maintenance of the deferred rent schedules and reconciliation to the general ledger. Accruals - assess the need for accruals for missing Opex costs each month. Prepare the resulting monthly accrual journals and reconciliation to the general ledger: Cash and bank Accounts receivable and cash in transit Accounts Payable Concessions recording and reporting Standard recurring monthly journals Other SG&As Working independently to provide the following: Respond to Profit & Loss (P&L) queries from several key stakeholder (e.g. store and area managers, Channel Heads and members of the commercial finance team). Review of the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the companies, focusing on Opex lines and identifying areas for cost savings. Prepare the year end audit packs and liaise with External Auditors. Support the Financial Controller with preparation of statutory accounts and tax disclosures.
