The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly and growing Litigation team. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of commercial and general litigation matters, working both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee a varied portfolio of litigation matters from instruction to resolution.Deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice tailored to clients’ needs.Draft pleadings, statements, and other key legal documents.Attend hearings and conduct advocacy where appropriate, or support counsel.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners.Contribute positively to the team’s collaborative and supportive culture.About You
The ideal candidate will:
Enjoy working in a small, boutique firm where every team member’s contribution is valued.Have 7–10 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in Commercial Litigation (additional experience in Family or Personal Injury matters is advantageous).Be confident handling matters autonomously while also being a team player.Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Have excellent attention to detail and a client-focused approach.Be willing to travel and attend court hearings as needed.What’s on OfferA genuinely supportive and modern working environment.Competitive salary starting from £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.Hybrid working options (office and home).Exposure to high-quality, diverse cases.Clear opportunities for growth and professional development.Benefits include:
