    The Role
    As an Associate in Commercial Litigation, you will:
    Manage a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including contractual, shareholder, partnership and professional negligence claims.Provide strategic and commercially minded advice to corporate clients, SMEs and entrepreneurs.Represent clients in High Court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums.Draft, negotiate and review pleadings, settlement agreements and key legal documentation.Build trusted relationships with clients, providing practical, business-focused solutions.Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, ensuring quality and consistency across the team.Collaborate with Partners on key cases and support ongoing business development initiatives.About You

    ✅ Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5 -10+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation.
    ✅ Solid experience handling a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes.
    ✅ Excellent understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation strategy.
    ✅ Exceptional drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
    ✅ Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
