Experience Strong background working with ERP platforms, including specific expertise in IFS implementations or IFS Cloud environments. Proven experience leading large‑scale ERP consolidation or transformation projects, ideally migrating from multiple legacy systems to a single platform. Understanding of enterprise architecture principles, application mapping, and landscape simplification. Extensive experience operating across integrated systems, with strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and complex data migration strategies. Exposure to cloud‑based ERP upgrades, evergreen release cycles, and ongoing platform improvement. Strong familiarity with reporting, data standardisation, and enterprise analytics tools. Thorough understanding of security, access control, compliance, and risk mitigation during major system transitions. Experience leading business systems teams and managing strategic relationships with external suppliers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
