    We're working with an international organisation that is looking for a reliable and organised Immigration Assistant to join their team for at least six months. This role sits within their HR & Area Management function and supports their Global Mobility Compliance team. It's a great opportunity if you enjoy process-driven work and want to be part of a friendly, internationally focused environment. The Role:You'll help make sure employees travelling to projects around the world have the correct work permits and visa documentation in place. The work is varied, detail-focused and important to ensuring the company stays compliant with immigration and labour requirements in different countries. You'll be working closely with colleagues across compliance, HR, project management and local teams, so good communication and a collaborative approach are key.Daily duties: Handling the administrative side of visas, work permits and other global mobility paperworkHelping to ensure compliance with immigration, labour and tax requirementsKeeping records and case information accurate and up to dateCoordinating documents and information with various teams around the worldSupporting ongoing mobility processes and helping to improve how things are doneCommunicating clearly with colleagues from different countries and professional backgroundsGeneral admininistration dutiesRequirements for the role: Strong admin and organisational skills, with good attention to detailExperience in HR, compliance, immigration or global mobility is a bonus (but not essential)Comfortable following structured processesAble to manage multiple tasks at onceA degree or equivalent experience is welcome, but practical skills matter mostConfident communictor Ability to work in a busy, fast-moving environment What's on Offer:A supportive and multicultural working environmentHybrid working once fully up to speedThe chance to build experience in global mobility and complianceCompetitive salary depending on experience This is a full time temporary role with a start date of early April.
