🚀 Senior Product Designer | B2B SaaS | £50,000–£65,000 | Hybrid (London or 2 days/month) I'm working with an exciting early-stage B2B SaaS company that's looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a growing product team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident designer who enjoys autonomy and thrives in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments. What we're looking for: ✅ Recent B2B SaaS experience (this is essential) ✅ Strong balance of UX and UI skills ✅ Experience working in startups or scale-ups with quick iteration cycles ✅ Comfortable owning work independently and influencing product decisions ✅ Advanced Figma skills ✅ Experience working with established design systems and building new components ✅ Someone already operating at, or ready to step into, a Senior Product Designer role Bonus points if you: 🤖 Use AI as part of your design process—for example, synthesising customer feedback or identifying the right problems to solve, rather than simply generating prototypes. 💰 Salary: £50,000–£65,000 (depending on experience) ❗ Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Digital Product Lead | Remote (UK) | £85,000–£105,000 + EMI Equity I'm partnering with an exciting, venture-backed consumer technology company redefining how people engage with digital wellbeing. Their award-winning mobile app has already reached 3M+ users globally , combining technology, behavioural science and immersive experiences to help people improve their mental wellbeing. They're now looking for a Digital Product Lead to own the future direction of the product — someone who can combine customer insight, analytics, experimentation and product strategy to shape the next stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, senior team where you'll work directly with founders and have genuine ownership over product vision, roadmap and execution. The Opportunity As Digital Product Lead, you'll become the person who understands the product, users and opportunities better than anyone else. You'll own the "what" and "why" behind the product, using analytics, customer conversations and experimentation to identify the biggest opportunities, define problems clearly and turn insights into validated solutions. The role is highly hands-on. You'll work closely with founders, engineering and design to take ideas from discovery through prototyping, testing and delivery. You'll also play a key role in bringing together the wider product ecosystem, creating a seamless experience across the app, new experiences and future product opportunities. What You'll Be Doing: Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a consumer mobile app. Use analytics across funnels, engagement, retention and subscription behaviour to identify growth opportunities. Speak directly with customers and combine qualitative insights with product data to understand user behaviour. Design and run experiments, including A/B tests, to improve activation, engagement and conversion. Translate insights into clearly defined problems, prototypes and test plans. Work closely with engineering and founders to prioritise and deliver high-impact improvements. Create user flows, journeys and prototypes for simpler product experiences. Brief and collaborate with specialist designers when deeper UX/UI support is required. Embed AI tools into your workflow to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping and product delivery. What I'm Looking For: 7+ years' experience in Product Management within consumer digital products, mobile apps or subscription businesses. Experience owning product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation. Strong experience using analytics, experimentation and customer insight to drive product decisions. Hands-on experience improving activation, engagement, retention or subscription metrics. Experience running A/B tests and understanding experimentation methodology. Comfortable working directly with founders and operating in a small, high-autonomy environment. Strong UX understanding with the ability to create simple product experiences where needed. Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) as part of your everyday product workflow. Experience in startup/scale-up environments where you've created structure, shaped direction and operated with significant ownership. Genuine curiosity and the ability to deeply understand complex products, users and behaviours. What's On Offer £85,000–£105,000 salary EMI equity options Fully remote across the UK Opportunity to shape a consumer product used by millions globally Work directly with founders in a highly autonomous environment AI-first product culture Annual company retreats and team meet-ups This is an ideal opportunity for a Digital Product Lead who loves living in the data, speaking to customers, running experiments and shaping the future of a consumer mobile app from strategy through to delivery. It's particularly suited to someone who enjoys getting under the skin of complex consumer products, understanding why users behave the way they do, thriving in ambiguity and working alongside founders to define the next generation of an innovative wellbeing product. If this sounds like you, or someone in your network, I'd love to hear from you. Please send across your CV to Zoe.hinkinson@propellondon.com Read Less
