    Job Description Marketing Operations SpecialistPermanentTheale / Home - 3 days a week in the officeA dynamic role supporting the execution of the organisation's marketing strategy by driving operational excellence, improving processes, and delivering high‑impact campaigns and events. This position plays a key part in ensuring brand consistency, enhancing digital engagement, and strengthening customer experience and advocacy.Responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Specialist include:Maintain brand consistency across digital and print assets in partnership with Content & Communications.Support senior leaders, PR, and Digital Marketing teams with content creation, engagement tracking, and digital innovation.Oversee marketing operations including demand intake, workflow optimisation, and process improvements.Act as a key link between Sales, Product, and Marketing to align resources and support commercial goals.Collaborate with PMO and People teams on projects, roadmaps, and employer branding initiatives.Lead the planning and delivery of events, trade shows, conferences, podcasts, and webinars.Deliver marketing campaigns and projects on time and in line with strategic objectives.Use analytics tools to generate insights and track OKRs (NPS, CSAT, engagement metrics).Ensure sales enablement materials are accurate, comprehensive, and commercially aligned.Evaluate campaign and event performance to drive measurable ROI.Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements.Provide strong project leadership and ensure seamless cross‑functional collaboration.The successful Marketing Operations Specialist will have:Couple of years' experience in a marketing role, with expertise in operations, events, or campaigns.Proficiency with CRM systems, CMS, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and marketing automation tools (, HubSpot, Marketo).Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven experience leading projects, managing budgets, and working cross‑functionally.Solid understanding of data‑driven marketing, segmentation, and performance analysis.Creative problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric mindset.High energy, proactive approach, and confidence working independentlyTo apply for the Marketing Operations Specialist, please send your CV to Project People is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. You will provide essential financial support, working closely with Senior Analysts, the Manager, and other business areas to drive financial performance and achieve company objectives.The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, delivering accurate financial analysis and accounting. You should be able to work independently, know when to seek guidance, and collaborate effectively with other functions.
