  Pro-Found Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work on 3 rotating shifts for our client based in Grimethorpe, Barnsley, S72.Warehouse Operative Details:Shifts: 3 rotational shifts Monday to Friday - days 6am to 2pm, afters 2pm to 10pm and nights 10pm to 6am (early finish on Fridays) - please do not apply if you can not work all 3 rotating shiftsTotal: 39 hours per week paid weeklyStart dates: Tuesday 7th April 2026 - please do not apply if you are not available to start on this date or have holidays booked in the next 12 weeks as this is the crucial training periodPay Rates: £15.38 for days and afters & £16.36 for nights - rates include an attendance bonus based on 39 hours worked each weekContract: Temporary to Permanent based on performance, attendance and client requirementLocation: Grimethorpe, Barnsley, S72Warehouse Operative Duties:Picking panels ready to be assembledLoading and unloading trolleys with wooden panels and sparesQuality checking of materials being pickedLoading assembly lines with parts and componentsUsing hand scannersWorking with woodFollowing instructionsWorking on your own and as part of a teamMinimum daily requirements (picking targets)Warehouse Operative Criteria:Previous warehouse/picking experience essentialHard working, reliable and punctualFLT licence or experience preferred but not essentialMachine Operating experience preferredExperience of operating hand scanners essentialStrong attention to detailAbility to follow instructionsGood work ethic and prepared to learn new skills**Please note this is a very physically demanding role and requires lifting heavy items, pushing a trolley, being on your feet and lots of walking as part of the day to day duties**Pro-Found Recruitment are an employment business and equal opportunities employer.   Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a Production Operative to join our clients Extrusion & Lamination Production team based in Denby, near Ripley, DE5. The prime purpose of the Production Operative is operate the PVCu extrusion lines safely and efficiently, at the highest quality standards.Production Operative Hours:Static Nights 6pm - 6am on a 4 on 4 off rotation including weekends on a rota system
  Production Operative Pay:Nights rate: £14.50 per hour plus £21.75 per hour for overtime
