Monitor operational KPIs including visit compliance, staff retention, complaints and incident trends and provide performance reporting and insights to the Registered Manager. Person Specification Essential * * Minimum 3 years’ operational management experience within adult social care (domiciliary, supported living or live-in care), with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable services.
