Principality Building Society is embarking on a period of significant cultural transformation to simplify our business and create capacity for purposeful growth. As an Operational MI Analyst, your primary focus will be to produce and automate high quality management information and business intelligence using Power BI and other tools, enabling data-driven decision-making across a variety of departments.
What you will do: Business Partner Operational Teams to understand key M.I. requirements, simplifying the production where appropriate.
Clear understanding of demand and resource requirements in key operational areas.
Proactively develop capability to continuously monitor the current operational demand of the business. Developing reporting as required for a variety of stakeholders, meetings and committees.
Oversee the reconciliation of monthly performance across the group.
Identify opportunities to improve resource optimisation, ensuring our people resources are managed more efficiently
Contribute to the forecasting process of all operational demand types
Work with stakeholders to develop and implement change What we are looking for: Strong experience in M.I production, automation and workforce planning solutions
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data & make sound decisions
Experience of using workforce management software and tools to forecast call volumes & create schedules
Good communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels and work collaboratively in a team
Proficiency in Microsoft excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data techniques
Strong diligence and accuracy, with the ability to analyse data and identify patterns & trends Our most important asset is our people.
