This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of residential developments, building strong relationships with clients, residents and contractors while ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and all statutory obligations are met. Whilst working on site most of the week, typically 1 day a week you will be out in the field, visiting sites and meeting with clients and to do an audit.
