     Support the team by keeping kitchen areas, surfaces, and equipment clean and sanitised. Assist with basic food prep and ensure ingredients are properly stored and rotated. Operate dishwashing equipment and manage waste disposal responsibly. Follow cleaning schedules and complete required kitchen paperwork accurately. Ensure food is presented cleanly and efficiently through timely kitchen support. Support the kitchen team in reacting to guest feedback, when required. Attend team briefings and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Assist team members as needed, promoting teamwork across the kitchen.Follow daily duties and maintain awareness of company standards. Immediately report any maintenance, hygiene, or safety concerns.
