    We have the following positions available right now:
    • Full-time - Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. You must be available from 7am to 7pm

    • Lead the team by example, showing genuine care for our customers' happiness.
    • Driving high standards every time, whether that's through the quality of a coffee or the appearance of a sandwich.
    • Create personalized experiences that connect with each customer on a personal level.
    • Be the friendly face of Pret, inspiring your team to do the same.
    • Delight customers by providing helpful answers to their questions and staying updated on our delicious offerings and exciting promotions.

    The Role
    This role reports into the PTP Assistant Manager and is key to the delivery of the smooth transactional payments and management of our valued suppliers across all markets.
    This role will suit someone who is diligent, has good communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, thrives on making a difference in their role with a working smarter not harder mindset and works in a methodical manner and is adept at communicating and building relationships with suppliers and stakeholders across the business.

    Responsibilities
    • This list is provided as an overview and is by no means exhaustive:
    • Full ownership of personal section of the accounts payable function, from invoice processing through to payment
    • Focus to ensure scan and capture is in line with KPI's
    • Build and maintain supplier and business stakeholder relationships by responding to queries in a timely manner.
    • Reconcile supplier statements, handling any discrepancies through to resolution.
    • Ensure purchase orders are approved in accordance with authorisation thresholds and timely
    • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
    • Monitor the ageing status of transactions in accordance with agreed KPIs
    • Maintain multiple inboxes, monitor, sort and respond to emails received in the AP inboxes
    • Other accounts payable tasks as directed by the PTP Assistant Manager

    Skills and experience
    • Previous accounts payable experience is required
    • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
    • Compliance based mindset, with the motivation to follow 'best practice'
    • Relationship builder with strong communication skills and solution orientated
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Oracle NetSuite would be an advantage
    • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

    Overview

    As a Kitchen Leader, you are essential to the seamless operation of each shift. Taking ownership alongside our Managers, you become the eyes and ears for the back-of-house operations, ensuring the success of our stores. But that's not all - at Pret, we invest in your growth! You'll gain valuable skills and knowledge through our Training Academy, opening doors to future management opportunities. Join us in shaping the culinary experience and making every bite delightful for our customers!

    We have the following positions available right now:
    • Full-time - Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. You must be available from 4:00am to 11:00pm
    Main Responsibilities:
    • Ensure the consistent creation of delicious food in alignment with Pret a Manger's exacting standards and operational needs.
    • Lead and inspire the team by embodying and promoting the core values and qualities of Pret a Manger.
    • Act as the guardian and custodian of Pret a Manger's quality standards.
    • Adhere to all Pret a Manger health and safety policies to guarantee the safety of all products served to our customers.
    • Conduct stock counts and administrative tasks meticulously and accurately to support smooth operations.
