    As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll be the backbone of our back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth shifts and supporting your team to create delicious food for our customers. Support team development and training. Shifts: 5 days per week, Monday–Sunday, between 3 AM – 11 PM.

You must be available from 5:00am to 8:00pmMain Responsibilities:Ensure the consistent creation of delicious food in alignment with Pret a Manger's exacting standards and operational needs. Lead and inspire the team by embodying and promoting the core values and qualities of Pret a Manger.Act as the guardian and custodian of Pret a Manger's quality standards.Adhere to all Pret a Manger health and safety policies to guarantee the safety of all products served to our customers.Conduct stock counts and administrative tasks meticulously and accurately to support smooth operations.
