This role is perfect for someone confident working with machinery, quick to solve problems, and focused on keeping production running smoothly.What You'll Do * Set up production lines and machinery for daily operation.
* Monitor equipment performance, make adjustments, and troubleshoot issues.
* Accurately complete essential paperwork and documentation.
* Change chucks and support minor breakdown fixes to minimise downtime.
* Work closely with Line Leads and collaborate with the wider production team.What We're Looking For * Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, production, or a similar environment.
* An operator who's confident using machinery-not just supervising.
* Strong attention to detail, especially with product checks, labels, and weights.
* Good English skills to manage detailed paperwork.
