An established manufacturing business is looking for a proactive, hands-on Site Manager to take full responsibility for its Medway facility. Working Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, with overtime when required. Key Responsibilities Lead the safe, efficient day-to-day operation of the site. Manage and develop day and night shift teams to achieve production targets. Oversee production planning, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate maintenance activities to minimise downtime. Manage stock, customer orders, and site administration. Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and customer service. Provide visible, hands-on leadership across all operational areas, including supporting FLT operations when required.What We re Looking For 3-5 years supervisory or management experience within manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or engineering. Strong leadership and operational management skills. Experience managing production performance and schedules. UK FLT Counterbalance licence B1/B2 Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. A proactive, hands-on approach.Desirable Engineering or maintenance background.
