                                                 PREMIER PLACEMENT SERVICES - RECRUITING FOR A LEADING DISTRIBUTION COMPANY BASED IN STOKE.                                                                                                               Class 2 Drivers for Day work in Stoke-On-Trent.                                                                    MONDAY TO FRIDAY WORK - PLUS OVERTIME IF REQUIRED.                                                                                   Temp to Perm roles on offer to the right driver. If you are looking for a long-term ongoing role in Stoke, Premier Placement Services operate a hands on approach in getting to know and understand your needs and requirements.         Benefits: On-site parkingStable work opportunitiesHoliday pay on top of hourly pay rates. Role and Responsibilities Driving a 18 tonne curtainside on various contracts in Stoke. Pallet line roles, delivery and collection of palletised goods using an electric pump truck. Transport goods and materials to designated clients in a safe and timely manner.Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each trip.Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.Maintain accurate records of driving hours and working time directive (WTD).Report any incidents or accidents to the client.Keep accurate records of deliveries and pickups.Provide excellent customer service. Requirements: HGV Class 2 licence.Valid CPC and Tacho card.Ability to work independently.Good time management skills.Effective communication skills.Maximum of 6 penalty points. No DR or DD Offences.Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred but not essential. Working Hours and Pay: Monday to Friday.Day shifts.£14.25 - £20.25 per hour.Holiday pay on top of hourly rate.
