Full Time, Permanent Salary: £25,000 – £26,500 per annum + up to 20% bonus + company car Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Territory: Wigan, Warrington, Northwich, Southport and surroundsAs a Sales Executive, you’ll represent some of the UK’s leading brands within convenience stores across your territory. Your focus will be on driving sales through excellent in-store execution, strong partnerships, and compelling merchandising. From optimising shelf space and building standout displays to supporting store teams with new products and promotions, you’ll play a vital role in success at store level. What You’ll Be Doing Visiting a defined route of stores to deliver retail activities that increase visibility and sales Building trusted relationships with in-store decision makers to support range, distribution, and availability Merchandising shelves, resolving out-of-stocks, and ensuring promotional materials are correctly displayed Delivering sales-driving actions such as improving layouts, updating price labels, and introducing new lines Sharing category insights, market trends, and brand updates with store teams Capturing key information and reporting via digital toolsSupporting store and brand performance through strong customer service, problem-solving, and commercial thinking What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Confidence interpreting sales data and turning insight into action Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a wider team Previous experience in field sales, retail, or merchandising is advantageous – but a great attitude matters most Why Join Us?
