    Portsmouth Water is looking for a skilled and inquisitive Data Analyst to support the successful delivery of the Havant Thicket Reservoir project. This role plays a key part in transforming complex, raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the team. By ensuring data accuracy, identifying trends, and highlighting opportunities for improved performance, the Data Analyst will help strengthen project efficiency, reduce risk, and provide the strategic intelligence needed to keep this landmark project moving forward.
    What will you be doing?

    Key Responsibilities Manage and validate project data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    Use statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret trends in large datasets.
    Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, schedule adherence, safety, and quality metrics.
    Produce, develop and implement a suite of operating procedures underpinned by a digital and data strategy, tools and systems to drive efficiencies into the operating model and reduce the multiple handling of data and ad hoc reporting.
    Produce and maintain reports and dashboards for project teams and stakeholders to visualise KPI trends and performance, highlighting risks, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to support decision making
    Liaise with contractors and internal teams to understand data requirements and present findings.
    Support cost planning, benchmarking, and analysis across all projects.
    Distributing key information to internal and external stakeholders.
    Manage the reporting process.

    What do you need?

    Skills, Qualifications & Competencies Ability to communicate, engage and support all members of the project team
    Good analytical skills, with the ability to review documents and provide constructive recommendations
    Team-orientated with strong interpersonal skills
    Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
    Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
    Excellent organisation, self-management, and communication skills.
    Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple data sources.
    Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
    Previous experience in data analysis, ideally within construction, engineering, or related sectors.
    Experience with data integration, data modelling, and reporting in project environments.

    We’re making a difference: Together, we can ensure that there is enough water for everyone, now and in the future.Portsmouth Water is seeking a MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Process) Engineering Lead for the Havant Thicket Reservoir project to provide critical support to the Engineering Manager in delivering this landmark infrastructure development. The role involves managing design reviews and technical queries in collaboration with experts, ensuring compliance with reservoir safety standards and contractual timelines. The MEP Engineering Lead will oversee specific engineering work packages, act as the technical lead on smaller project components, and ensure the availability of accurate data for contractors. Additionally, the role requires engagement with internal teams and stakeholders to secure alignment on solutions, as well as contributing to the development of improved engineering assurance systems and processes.What will you be doing?Key Responsibilities
    Chair regular meetings with the Design Guardians to discuss the lookahead, open actions and ongoing issues Manage the response to Technical Queries and Design Submissions by the main works contractors and manage the liaison, input and expectations of all stakeholders
    Monitor and assess the performance of the Design Guardian against KPIs and regularly review this with them and provide feedback
    Coordinate general requests from and to contractors on engineering matters
    Participating in collaborative planning with Main Works Contractors.
    Chair weekly meetings with PW Operations to discuss, answer and resolve outstanding queries and issues
    Chair technical workshops between PW Operations, mains works contractors and the Design Guardian to ensure alignment and buy-in of proposed solutions
    Provide engineering representation at Early Warning meetings to assist in either responding to them or take them away for later resolution
    Provide regular updates and reports to the HTR Engineering Manager, on progress, forecasts and issues
    Undertake monthly reviewers of the Contractors Programme to inform resource forecasting
    Manage and or produce Engineering led papers to support stakeholder engagement and governance processes
    Attend regular meetings with the HTR Engineering ManagerWhat do you need?Skills, Qualifications & Competencies
    Strong communication and presentation skills

    Good understand and appreciation of the “design process” and its commercial implications

    Portsmouth Water are looking for a Ground Maintenance Operator to join our Production Team and play a key role in keeping our Production Operations running safely and efficiently.
    In this hands-on position, you’ll support the day-to-day functioning of our operational sites by carrying out essential ground and site maintenance, ensuring clean and well-maintained reservoirs and tanks, and helping to maintain clear, safe access across all areas. Your work will directly contribute to the safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance of our Production Operational Department, making you an integral part of our site operations and overall success.
    What will you be doing?
    Key ResponsibilitiesPerform grounds maintenance across all operational sites to maintain appearance, cleanliness, and full site operability.Ensure all grounds meet required internal standards and comply with external legislation and guidance.Carry out biodiversity-related tasks, including: Grass cutting, Hedge trimming, Basic tree work, Fencing repairs and upkeepMonitor external activities around operational sites to ensure they do not compromise the integrity of water sources.Complete routine maintenance on grounds-based equipment and associated assets.Work in full compliance with Company Water Production procedures, On-site Health & Safety requirements, Quality Standards, OFWAT regulations, DWI (Drinking Water Inspectorate) requirements, Environmental Agency regulations, EUSR standards for clean water operations.
