    Job Description

    Portico are on the lookout for a Receptionist, to join our small Front of House team at a multi-occupied flagship building in the city.As a corporate receptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and staff, demonstrating the highest level of customer service and professionalism.Key duties include: -Welcoming and booking in visitors using a visitor management systemManaging occupier and visitor requests and queriesMaking a client's arrival journey, seamless and memorable through engagement and innovation.Creating memorable innovations for clients to generate a WOW factor.Preparing for tomorrow's business day while delivering on today's operations.Working collectively with service partners to achieve a one team approach.Assisting with all aspects of event preparation through to successful deliveryShift details: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
    Salary: £27, 500
    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will have strong communication, good attention to detail and the natural initiative to take tasks on automatically. They must be a people person and show good levels of flexibility and adaptability to manage differing client needs. Passionate about service and an excellent multitasker, the successful candidate will be the go-to person in the building and will need to focus on building strong and lasting relationships with the tenants.Customer service experience is required for the role, preferably within a corporate, 5* hotel or airline environment.

    Portico have an outstanding opportunity available for a Receptionist (Regional Guest Services Ambassador) to join our brand-new team based at the Aberdeen offices of a global consultancy firm.We take great pride in being the service partner selected to deliver an intuitive service, with careful planning and faultless standards. Our reception team have a special can-do, flexible approach and relish the opportunity to keep raising the bar, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.The new Receptionist will be the sole Portico representative at the firms Aberdeen offices and will play a key role in several areas, based around the meet and greet provided to the firm’s staff and visitors, office support, and the management and facilitation of meeting rooms, including elements of hospitality. They will anticipate client needs, following up each time to ensure expectations are exceeded with every interaction.As this is a new contract for Portico, there will undoubtably be room for the team to identify innovative and efficient ways to add value to our services, upholding and improving on the already world class offering provided by the team. This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of something special!
     
    Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts between 8am-6pm, from Monday to Friday
    Salary: £31,506 per annum
    Qualifications

    To join the team, you will be a friendly and positive team player, with strong organisation and communication skills. A high level of personal presentation and a proactive approach will be valuable for our new Receptionist, as well as the natural desire to take ownership of tasks and solve problems. A customer-focused approach is imperative for this role, so the successful candidate will have some experience in delivering a top end level of customer service, within an environment that has extremely high expectations.

    Portico are on the lookout for a Receptionist (Welcome Host), to join our Front of House team at multi-tenant building in Oxford.As a corporate receptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and staff, demonstrating the highest level of customer service and professionalism with every interaction.You will make the staff and visitor arrival journey, seamless and memorable through genuine engagement and efficiency, working collectively with other service partners to achieve a one team approach.Shift details: 40 hours per week. Shifts between 8:00-17:00, Mon-Fri.
    Salary: £30,000Please note that this is a stand-alone role and the successful candidate will need to be comfortable to be the sole Portico team member on site, whilst being a part of a larger team based at other locations.
