Join the team at our brand-new Poole store, where you'll welcome customers into the showroom, help them find the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Whether you're balancing study, family life, or other commitments, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great people skills and a passion for helping customers. We have two part-time opportunities available: 24 hours per week, worked over 3 days 16 hours per week, worked over 2 days What does the role involve? Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when its needed Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesof products and services Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role Who are we looking for?
