    Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting renewable energy solutions? Join our team as a Customer Service Administrator and play a key role in helping customers transition to sustainable energy. About the Role This is a full-time, office-based position working 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 40 hours in total, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
    As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll provide clear guidance, resolve enquiries efficiently, and ensure a seamless journey from initial engagement through to post-installation support. You’ll work closely with technical and operational teams to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do Act as the primary contact for customers, managing communications and scheduling maintenance appointments. Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Provide first-line technical support for solar PV systems and renewable technologies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a smooth customer experience. Investigate and resolve complaints quickly and professionally. Coordinate engineer appointments and prepare post-maintenance reports. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support process improvements. Handle administrative tasks including project handovers and certification submissions. What We’re Looking For Essential: Good standard of education (GCSE or equivalent). Experience in customer support or first-line technical assistance. Knowledge of customer engagement and complaint resolution. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office). Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Desirable: Technical certifications or experience in solar PV or renewable energy.     We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to take ownership of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across our solar energy projects. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on driving safety culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence in a growing renewable energy business. About the Role As SHEQ Manager, you will be the primary source of day-to-day SHEQ advice for PMI Solar, replacing outsourced advisory services. You’ll manage all key systems, including risk assessments, method statements, and incident reporting, while leading initiatives to embed a proactive safety culture across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Safety Leadership: Work closely with the management team to promote hazard awareness, legal compliance, and continuous improvement. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Calisen Group standards through audits, inspections, and KPI reporting. Risk Management: Develop and maintain RAMS packs, policies, and controls for PV, battery, and associated technologies. Training & Development: Identify SHEQ training needs and deliver awareness campaigns to maintain high standards. Incident Response: Provide effective support for accidents, incidents, and complaints, ensuring statutory reporting and timely disclosure of near misses. Emergency Planning: Assist with business continuity and emergency response strategies. What We’re Looking For Essential: NEBOSH Certificate and IOSH membership Experience in HSE management roles Strong knowledge of SHEQ best practices, CDM regulations, and legislation Proven experience with risk assessments, audits, and training delivery Full driving licence Desirable: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Environmental or Quality Management qualifications Experience with PV and battery technologies Familiarity with contractor control and supply chain management You’ll need excellent communication skills, confidence presenting to varied audiences, and the ability to influence at all levels.
