This role will be key to providing crucial financial decision support and performance reporting to the Site Leadership at Manchester.
    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the financial accounting and control requirements of a manufacturing site are met on an accurate and timely basis. The role includes considerable business partner interaction and involves developing Cost Centre Managers' financial awareness, managing the site capital investment process, facilitating the management team in controlling and forecasting the cost base. The role has a seat on the Site Leadership Team and directly reports into the UKI Supply Chain Financial Controller.What will be your key deliverables? Your main role is to support the team with packing and feeding biscuits. When needed, you will step in to cover the duties of a Process Machine Operator. This includes setting up machinery, keeping the area safe and clean, and working closely with your team.The role needs someone with a positive attitude who takes pride in doing a good job and works well in a busy team. Must want to progress within your team as you will be trained to step into the permanent role when needed. Will be required to move lines across the factory as and when required. What will be your key deliverables?  Manually pack products within specifications (includes bending, lifting, stretching) Visually check for foreign matter / hazards Ensure quality of biscuits being packed is within product specifications Ensure adherence to all quality and safety standards. Work to a high standard, enabling plants to achieve planned output. Report any problems to ATM/Supervisor Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained. Support the Supervisors in the introduction and support of any improvement initiatives.
