    £80,000-£90,000A leading international specialty insurance organisation is entering a sustained period of business & technology change & is seeking a Transformation Manager for Change to join a newly established internal transformation function.This role is intentionally consultancy aligned & will suit a consulting calibre transformation professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working across multiple concurrent initiatives, & wants real ownership of delivery without the intensity of a traditional consulting lifestyle.The roleThe Transformation Manager will operate as an internal consultant, working across the organisation to shape & deliver change initiatives spanning core systems, data, operations, & service models.     We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Cloud Engineer to drive a major cloud transformation programme for a leading specialty insurer. This role blends hands-on Azure engineering (60%) with cloud architecture, strategy, & design (40%), playing a key part in shaping the organisation's long?term cloud vision.As the technical authority on Azure, you will lead the design of cloud architectures, guide strategic decision?making, & steer the delivery of robust, secure, & scalable cloud platforms.
