Job Description
As an Automotive Technician at Pinkstones MG, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide top-notch service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and Repairing Vehicles: Utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and repair MG vehicles efficiently and accurately. This includes mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Maintenance Services: Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid checks to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs and maintenance services meet or exceed industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow technicians, service advisors, and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex automotive issues.
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly, and addressing any questions or concerns.
Qualifications and requirement:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic with a minimum of NVQ level 3
- Own tools.
- Driving licence.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
