    Your core responsibilities will include:  

    • Supporting the development and implementation of the ‘Pick Everard Standard’ approach to the creation and management of model content, deliverables, and template files and NBS Specifications.
    • Supporting projects with model setup to ensure consistent and compliant delivery and ensure quality of 2D and 3D output is of a high quality across the delivery teams.
    • Communicating with the delivery teams regularly to ensure new ways of working are disseminated across the practice.
    • Driving the understanding of populating project data within models to support data output (COBie) managed by the BIM Management Team.
    • Supporting the discipline(s) in all aspects relating to the use or output of Revit and provide advanced modelling and content creation support.

    About You

    Our ideal Digital Design Delivery Coordinator will have:

    • Relevant industry qualification.
    •   Post qualification experience.
    •   Experience supporting BIM delivery.
    •   Excellent understanding of building design.
    •   Coordination skills and the ability to identify issues in terms of their impact on project delivery and model quality.
    •   Good data validation skills and the ability to advise on how issues can be rectified.
    •   Excellent knowledge of current technical standards and regulations applicable to BIM and Digital Delivery.
    •   Excellent multitasking and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
    •   Good clarity and confidence in communication; writing, on screen and in person. Including client facing skills, combined with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
    •   Self-motivation, with a friendly, efficient and enthusiastic attitude.
    •   Excellent collaboration skills.
    •   Dynamo knowledge.

    About You

    Our ideal Principal Water Civil Engineer must have:

    • A degree or equivalent in civil engineering, working towards a professional qualification.
    • CEng with post chartered relevant experience or IEng with post incorporated relevant experience working in wastewater.
    • Experience managing wastewater and/ or cleanwater infrastructure schemes.
    • Good knowledge of industry design software packages.
    • Excellent communication skills and a team player with a confident, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
    • A high level broad-based technical appreciation.
    • Very good report writing and presentation skills at project level.
    • Experience in a variety of different forms of contract.
    • Confident liaising with new and existing clients and an ability to build a good rapport with other parts of our inter-disciplinary practice, and with external design teams.
    • Robust problem solving skills, taking accountability for assigned work.
    • Previous experience writing and presenting reports along with client interaction and work winning (desirable).
    • The ability to lead a sub-team, focused on delivery of high quality design output.

Our team of transportation planners and engineers cover the full project life cycle from initial concept through to completion.

    As Associate Director you will lead a team of passionate transport planners, delivering projects across a range of schemes to include, defence, education, residential, leisure, healthcare and local authority. The schemes range in complexity, many working as part of our multi-disciplinary offering at Pick Everard.

    The role will see the successful appointment working closely with the Director for Civil Engineering and the National Director where you will be responsible for leading major projects, across sectors including residential, custodial, leisure, defence, education, healthcare and heritage.     Typical responsibilities will include:

    • Involvement with proposals, bidding, fee tendering and client interviews where required for both Framework lead and individual projects.
    • Representing the firm at client meetings and presentations

    • Develop both new and repeat business and when appropriate undertake business development activities and have experience across a range of sectors

    About You

    Our ideal Senior Water Civil Engineer must have:  

    • A degree or equivalent in civil engineering, working towards a professional qualification.
    •   Chartered or near chartered with ICE or CIWEM.
    •   CEng with post chartered relevant experience or IEng with post incorporated relevant experience working in wastewater.
    •   Experience managing wastewater and/or cleanwater infrastructure schemes.
