    About the role:As a Conversation Rate Optimisation Manager (CRO) Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Conversion Rate Optimisation team in their next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—Including UX, Analytics, Audience Insight, Category teams and our Product owners —to coordinate our updates, streamline processes, and identify opportunities to enhance the consumer journey through our personalisation strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:Assisting the CRO Team with test ideation using tools such as GA4 and Content Square to gather insights. Work cross functionality with UX, Product and our Performance teams to translate insights into a/b tests and personalisation campaigns. Proven experience in executing personalisation journeys, not just a/b testsExperience working with CDP/DMP platforms to create hyper segmented customer journeys.Strong experience defining audience segments with data teams.Strong analytical mindset comfortable with data, test design, and performance metricsChampion a test and learn mindset across teams and markets.Coordinate CRO-related updates such as our team newsletter. Track and manage market-specific requests and ensure timely communication of updates.Maintain and update internal documentation, including our dedicated SharePoint site and our Jira & Confluence space.Prepare regular status roadmap reports for internal stakeholders.Assist with administrative and business support tasks as required.  What We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in E-commerce, with a strong focus on personalisationExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical tools and processes to non-technical teams and stakeholders. Excellent PowerPoint skills- able to design engaging slides that tell a story. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. A collaborative team player who is adaptable and proactive.Experience working with third party vendors or agencies (Desirable) Knowledge of a/b testing tools such as Adobe Target/ Optimizely (Desirable)

The Brand Engagement Executive will ensure operational excellence at the point of sale (POS), maintain premium brand visibility, and deliver seamless consumer experiences across all retail touchpoints.This role is critical to the success of our Smoke-Free transformation in the UK, contributing to the rollout of retail activations across 56 festivals, 19 music venues, and 8 LAMPs, covering over 300 POS and reaching more than 10 million adults in 2026. Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Channel Execution & MonitoringSupport the setup and execution of retail channels within third-party platforms.Ensure accurate implementation of pricing, assortment, and inventory in SAP.Monitor POS compliance and operational standards across all locations.Brand Staging & VisibilityExecute brand staging guidelines at retail touchpoints to maintain premium visibility.Coordinate with activation teams to align retail execution with brand engagement activities.Operational ExcellenceOversee deployment of POS branding and assortment planning at assigned locations.Conduct regular audits and performance checks to ensure compliance and quality.Support training programs for bar staff and third-party teams on product knowledge and compliance.Performance Tracking & ReportingCollect and analyze retail performance data, including sales and consumer engagement metrics.Provide timely reports and insights to the Brand Engagement Retail Manager for optimization. Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with external partners (venue operators, festival organizers) and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.Support agency partners in implementing nationwide pub activation programs. Success MetricsBrand KPIs: Premium visibility and consumer engagement at retail touchpoints.Operational KPIs: POS compliance, execution excellence, and timely reporting.Performance KPIs: Retail sales growth and ROI contribution. Key Requirements2–4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Operations, or FMCG Sales.Experience in event-based retail or hospitality environments preferred.Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with SAP systems and retail processes is a plus.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Flexible working hours and willingness to travel (including weekends).Proficiency in MS Office and fluent English. At PMI, we prioritize the well-being and sense of belonging of our workforce.
