Role & Responsibilities:To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and
are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we
aim to provide an unforgettable experience To ensure all complaints are minimised and handles
professionally as in accordance with our policiesAssist in supervising the Restaurant team in line
with company policies and manualsWork with the Restaurant Manager and Operations Manager to maximise sales
performance and achieve sales in line with targetsEnsure effective control of stock and staff costs.To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training
manual:Ensure service of food and drinks is done quickly and
