    This is a part-time position. The advertised salary is based on a full-time equivalent (FTE) of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and will be applied pro rata according to hours worked  Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Co-ordinator to support the accurate and timely processing of a monthly payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing time and attendance data, processing employee payments, maintaining payroll records, and assisting with payroll-related queries.     Overview



    The
    Logistics Manager will oversee the full logistics lifecycle for Gaia Skincare,
    ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of packaging, raw
    materials, and finished products. This role is responsible for managing both
    B2C and B2B distribution channels, supporting UK, European, and global
    fulfilment.



    The
    ideal candidate will have strong experience in a similar logistics or supply
    chain role, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to
    improving systems and processes. Experience using Sage Intacct (or Sage–based
    ERP/EMS systems) is essential.



    Key
    Responsibilities



    Supply Chain &
    Procurement

    Manage
    procurement of packaging, raw materials, and finished goods to ensure
    continuous stock availability.Forecast demand
    for B2C and B2B channels, maintaining optimal inventory levels.Build and
    maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and freight
    forwarders.Monitor lead
    times, negotiate pricing, and track supplier performance.









    Logistics &
    Distribution Management

    Oversee all
    inbound and outbound logistics for UK, Europe, and other global territories.Coordinate
    freight, customs, and compliance documentation for international shipments.Ensure timely
    fulfilment for D2C and wholesale partners, maintaining service level
    expectations.Manage warehouse
    operations (internal or 3PL), including stock accuracy, dispatch efficiency,
    and H&S compliance.









    Systems & Data
    Management

    Use Sage Intacct
    to manage orders, stock levels, purchasing, and logistics workflows.Analyse logistics
    performance data and create regular reports for board.Identify and
    implement improvements in supply chain processes, cost control, and system
    utilisation.









    Cross-Functional
    Collaboration

    Work closely with
    production, sales, and customer service teams to align stock, demand, and
    delivery requirements.Support new
    product launches by coordinating packaging and material availability.Communicate any
    supply, fulfilment, or logistics issues promptly to key stakeholders.







    Accounting & Ledger
    Control

    Create and send
    invoices, credit notes, and monthly statements to B2B clients.Manage the sales
    ledger, ensuring accurate and timely posting of transactions.Monitor
    outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain strong credit
    control.Reconcile
    accounts within Sage Intacct and support finance with month-end reporting.Work closely with
    the finance team to ensure accurate accounting of stock movements, landed
    costs, and supplier invoices.















    Skills
    & Experience Required



    Proven experience
    in a similar Logistics Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or Operations role within
    FMCG, beauty, or related sectors.Strong working
    knowledge of Sage Intacct or similar Sage-based ERP/EMS systems.Experience
    managing both B2C and B2B logistics across UK and international regions (Europe
    essential; wider global markets preferred).Understanding of
    customs processes, international shipping, and regulatory compliance.Excellent
    organisational, problem-solving, and project management skills.Ability to work
    in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating demand.Strong
    communication skills and the ability to build effective supplier and internal
    relationships.A proactive
    mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
