We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technology Project Manager to join the Phaidon Technology team in London. Reporting to the Director of Technology, this mid-level role is part of a global function responsible for delivering high-quality technology solutions across the business. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to testing and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.Core ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver technology projects on time and within scopeGather and document business and technical requirementsOversees task prioritisation and resource allocation, ensuring that project tasks are completed on scheduleOversee testing phases to ensure quality and functionalityCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendorsProvide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issuesKey CompetenciesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh level of ownership, accountability, and initiativeAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilitiesOrganised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple prioritiesCollaborative mindset with a focus on delivery and outcomesExperience Required2-3 years' experience managing IT/technology projects.Experience delivering AI-related projects with a strong understanding of AI impacts on business and operations.Demonstrates a strong understanding of how technology projects influence commercial outcomes.Skilled in business requirements gathering (BA certification desirable).Familiar with Microsoft technologies, CRM systems, and automation tools.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps, MS Planner).PMP certification preferred and experience across the full project lifecycle.What We Offer24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year after 2 years' service (up to 28 days)Private healthcare is provided after successful completion of probationCycle to Work Scheme available after 1 year of serviceDiscounted gym membership from month onePrivate pension scheme available post-probation.If you are interested in the Technology Project Manager role, apply directly.
