A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential for this position. Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently. Loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring goods are handled with care. Picking, packing and preparing customer orders accurately. Moving stock throughout the warehouse and assisting with stock organisation. Carrying out goods-in and goods-out duties. Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and compliant with health and safety standards. Assisting with general warehouse duties as required to support the team. The Ideal Candidate Holds a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential). Has previous experience working in a warehouse environment. Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both planning and coordinating production from the office while also being actively involved on the shop floor to ensure production runs efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with production teams to meet customer deadlines. Key Responsibilities Plan, organise, and maintain daily and weekly production schedules. Coordinate workloads across multiple machines and production areas to maximise efficiency. Monitor production progress and make adjustments to schedules where required. Liaise with production staff, supervisors, and management to ensure work is completed on time. Spend time on the shop floor monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and supporting production operations. Ensure materials, equipment, and labour are available to meet production demands.
