Job Description:
As a Senior Employment Lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice and representation on complex employment law matters. Your role will involve advising clients on a wide range of employment issues, representing them in employment tribunals, and developing strategies to handle employment disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic legal advice on complex employment law matters, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy, and employment contracts.Represent clients in employment tribunals and other dispute resolution proceedings.Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external experts to develop and implement effective legal strategies.Stay current with developments in employment law and advise clients on potential impacts.Qualifications:
Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in employment law.Proven track record of handling complex employment disputes and tribunal cases.In-depth knowledge of employment law, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy, and employment contracts.Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Prior experience in a consulting capacity is a plus.What We Offer:
