As a Senior Contentious IP Lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice and representation on contentious intellectual property matters. Your role will involve handling complex IP disputes, advising on strategy, and supporting the firm's clients in high-stakes litigation and arbitration cases.Key
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic legal advice on contentious IP matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.Represent clients in IP litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution proceedings.Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external experts to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.Stay up-to-date with developments in IP law and advise clients on potential impacts.About you:
Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in contentious IP law.Proven track record of handling complex IP litigation and dispute resolution.In-depth knowledge of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law.Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Prior experience in a consulting capacity is a plus.What We Offer:
