    People2people are hiring for an Assistant Finance Manager to join an exciting family run automotive business based in South London. Due to expansion, the business are now seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join the Finance team.

    This role is perfect for an individual who is part qualified or just started the qualification ACCA/CIMA. Uniquely this position has a clear promotion route to Finance Manager so would be an excellent opportunity for someone to progress their career. Supporting the Head of Finance in their role, you will be working closely on a variety of tasks. This role also offers on the job training as well as professional study support.

    Please note, this role is 5 days per week in the office, so please only apply if you are happy to commit to this.

    Key Responsibilities;
    Assisting the Head of Finance with regular accounting such as end of month, quarterly, reviewing aged debtors, bank reconciliations etc.Supervise two accountants day to day and provide support to them when requiredIdentify and implement any process improvements relating to financial processes and systemsAssisting the Head of Finance with the preparation of forecasts and budgetingEnsure that invoices are processes and in line with company policy, making sure they are paid in a timely mannerReview all credit card and expense transactions, making sure to keep trackMaintain and update rebate calculationsSupport the Head of Finance with the implementation of a new ERP systemAd hoc duties
