You’ll be part of our wider, collaborative marketing team so if you have a 'can-do' attitude and the organisational spark to manage a project from the first brief to the celebratory launch event, we’d love to hear from you.Event Organisation & ManagementPlan, coordinate and attend high-impact marketing events, ensuring every launch or open day hits its mark.Meet our residents to capture the heart of our communities, turning real-life testimonials into inspiring case studies for our print and digital campaigns.Be a key link between Marketing, Sales, and Operations, ensuring a seamless flow of information and support across the business.Digital & SocialsKeep our website, Google My Business, and major portals (Rightmove, Autumna and Lottie) looking sharp, accurate, and engaging.Assist with the maintenance of an engaging social media presence, creating content that resonates across both site-specific and brand-wide channels.Craft and distribute regular, high-quality email campaigns that keep Pegasus top-of-mind for our customers.Support with the maintenance of our website, ensuring all content is up to date and engaging.Creative Content & Brand GuardianshipFrom newsletters and posters to site signage and hoarding, you’ll ensure every piece of marketing material is beautiful and on-brand.Manage professional photo shoots, liaising with photographers to ensure our library of homes and developments is always stunning and current.Support our Senior Marketing Managers with ad-hoc PR requests and market research to keep us ahead of the curve.Strategy & Reporting Monitor campaign performance, reporting back on what’s working and suggesting fresh, innovative initiatives to evolve our strategy.Keep the wheels turning by managing media calendars, Salesforce campaigns, and the administration of purchase orders and invoices.Good to knowThis is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, we anticipate this will last 9-12 months but reserve the right to adjust if necessary.Hybrid working with a focus on team collaboration in Winchester (Mon/Tue) and flexibility for the remainder of the week.Nationwide travel is essential to stay connected with our sites and regional teams. Your own vehicle and full driving licence is required, mileage to locations outside of your contractual place of work will be expensed.Occasional evening or out-of-hours work will be required to bring our campaigns to life.About youYou’ll be an experienced generalist marketer who thrives in a professional environment.  As well as a solid background in a fast-paced marketing team or agency, your experience will ideally be gained within a property or related professional services sector.Excellent organisation skills, you’ll be a natural project manager. A large part of this role involves planning and executing events across the UK, so you must be comfortable managing logistics, stakeholders, and deadlines with ease.Willingness to travel, our communities are nationwide; you’ll need to be mobile and ready to visit our sites to bring our marketing to life.IT & digital savvy, you’ll be proficient in Google Workspace and a quick learner with new tech.
