    Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager, looking for your next opportunity in Residential Child Care? Pebbles Care is on the lookout for an OFSTED Registered Manager who can deliver outstanding outcomes for our children and young people. To join us in this new role, you will need a minimum of: Level 4 Children and Young People Practitioner Qualification (England) or Qualified to SCQF Level 7 / HNC (Scotland) or Level 3 Residential Childcare. Have worked for two years in the last five years in a residential child care setting, and have a minimum of one year’s experience in the previous five years leading and supervising a team. Your role and responsibilities as Registered Manager You will lead and inspire your team, maintain OFSTED compliance, and create a safe, nurturing environment where our young people can thrive. With full support from senior leadership and our in-house psychology team, you will have the resources to succeed. What we can offer you Your starting salary is between £44,982 and £50,605.26 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and training. Your working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday. You will receive a 10 % discretionary bonus per annum. 33 days annual leave per annum We will fund relevant and essential qualifications.
