We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Marketing Executive who’s as confident creating compelling content as they are supporting client accounts. If you thrive in a hybrid role, spending your time crafting engaging blogs, emails, social content and videos, while also managing key client relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.  This role is approximately 70% content creation (writing, editing, creative strategy) and 30% account management. You’ll be helping brands grow, launching innovative marketing campaigns, and bringing bold ideas to life across both digital and offline channels.  Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Marketing (70%) You're the storyteller and strategist behind the content that drives results—for us, and for our clients. Write content that gets noticed – from blogs and emails to landing pages and social posts, you'll craft copy that grabs attention and drives action. Edit compelling video content – create short-form and long-form videos that are on-brand, engaging, and optimised for digital platforms. Launch impactful campaigns – support the execution of multi-channel campaigns promoting events, books, webinars, and programmes. Collaborate with creative teams – work closely with designers, developers, and social media specialists to bring marketing campaigns to life. Contribute to paid strategy – assist in managing Facebook and Instagram ads, including retargeting strategies and performance optimisation. Client Account Management (30%) You’ll be the go-to person for a select group of amazing clients, helping them succeed and love working with us. Build real relationships – become a trusted advisor who keeps communication clear, friendly, and consistent. Manage deliverables – lead regular check-ins, track progress, and ensure everything stays on course. Analyse performance – use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to report on results and suggest improvements. Solve problems creatively – help design smart, tailored marketing solutions that solve real business challenges. Support automation – use CRM platforms to build email funnels, webinar sequences, and automated journeys that convert. Who Are We? In office, Part time - 3 to 4 days Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 dependant on experience, pro-rata About Us  The Paul Gough Holdings Group operates a global portfolio of businesses across healthcare, media, AI, and property investment – including PhysioFunnels, PaulAI, Paul Gough Physio Rooms and PAG ESTATES – as well as US entities.  We’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take charge of our day-to-day UK financial operations and coordinate with our UK and US accounting partners. You’ll ensure the numbers are accurate, the books are clean, and management reports are produced to a high standard – so the CEO can make fast, confident decisions.  Your Role  UK Finance Oversight:  Manage accounts, cash flow, payroll, and compliance across multiple UK entities.  Liaise With US Accountants:  Work with our outsourced partners to reconcile US data and produce consolidated reports for the CEO.   Management Reporting:  Create monthly management accounts, cash flow reports, and financial dashboards for leadership.  Tax and Compliance:  Coordinate PAYE, and corporation tax filings with external accountants in the UK.   Property Portfolio:  Track rental income, expenses, and intercompany transactions for UK and overseas properties.  Budgeting and Forecasting:  Support the CEO with forward planning, forecasting, and financial modelling.  Process Improvement:  Maintain financial controls and ensure systems (QuickBooks) are running efficiently.    Ideal Background  Qualified or part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / AAT Level 4 minimum).  5+ years of hands-on experience managing accounts for an SME or group of companies.  Strong understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting processes.  Confident with, QuickBooks and Google Sheets.  Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.  Bonus: experience supporting a founder-led business or exposure to acquisitions.    Why You’ll Love This Role  You’ll be joining a high-growth, entrepreneurial company – not a corporate finance department.
