Based in Hamilton however will be required to travel throughout Scotland and Northern England ensuring our extensive property portfolio is well-maintained and meets the high standards demanded by our management team and franchise partners.The following is an overview of the role:✔​ Conduct property inspections and audits.
    ✔​ Develop and implement maintenance strategies.
    ✔​ Provide technical advice and recommendations.
    ✔​ Issue clear and comprehensive instructions to maintenance operatives.
    ✔​ Liaise with contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
    ✔​ Liaise with Architects, Surveyors, Engineers.
    ✔​ Monitor budgets and ensure compliance.​Requirements ✔Qualifications in a relevant field is preferred (e.g., building, surveying, engineering).
    ✔ Experience in property maintenance or asset management is preferred.
    ✔ Strong analytical and communication skills.
    ✔Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
