🕒 Full-Time | Monday – FridayWe’re looking for a confident and professional Front of House Host to deliver an outstanding workplace and visitor experience within a high-quality corporate environment.This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll be the first impression of the business — creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring reception and meeting room operations run seamlessly.If you’re organised, proactive, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional and supportive team.The RoleAs Front of House Host, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of reception, visitor management, and meeting room coordination.You’ll play a key role in creating a professional, polished and welcoming environment for all guests, clients and employees.Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Guest ExperienceDeliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and guestsEnsure the reception area is immaculate, well-presented and fully stocked at all timesMaintain a consistent and visible presence at the front deskNotify hosts promptly of guest arrivals and manage waiting times effectivelyOffer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable while waitingCoordinate visitor access and passes with building reception and internal teamsSupport cloakroom services and assist with hospitality requirementsCommunication & AdministrationManage the reception inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to promptlyReview daily bookings and communicate requirements to relevant teamsManage and approve meeting room bookings via OutlookHandle same-day requests including rooms, equipment and visitor arrangementsProduce daily reports on equipment and meeting room requirementsCoordinate weekly office services such as flower arrangements and presentation standardsMeeting Rooms & EventsSet up meeting rooms to a high, consistent standardManage event bookings, room changes and last-minute adjustmentsSend reminders to hosts for key or high-profile bookingsCarry out regular floor walks to ensure rooms are clean, stocked and readyConduct daily occupancy checks across floorsVisitor & Workplace SupportEscort visitors, contractors and employees as requiredSupport workplace services such as locker management and leaver processesAct as a central point of contact for workplace queries and support requestsWhat We’re Looking ForA strong customer service mindset with a friendly, professional approachExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to multitask and stay calm under pressureHigh attention to detail and pride in maintaining a premium environmentConfident using Outlook, booking systems and general office softwareA proactive, team-oriented attitudeWhy Join Pareto FM?Be part of a high-quality, professional workplace environmentWork within a supportive and collaborative teamA varied, people-focused role where no two days are the sameOpportunity to build experience within corporate workplace and facilities servicesIf you enjoy creating great first impressions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional service — we’d love to hear from you.
