✨ Support education, prepare meals, and attend appointments

✨ Inspire confidence, resilience, and belief in their futureEvery interaction matters. Every shift makes an impact.🌟 Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for individuals who bring heart, strength, and commitment:✔ Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
✔ A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
✔ Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience
✔ Flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends, sleep-ins, and waking nights)
✔ An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent) is desirable — but not essential. We provide full training to help you succeed.💼 What You’ll Gain💰 Excellent Pay: £17.50 – £28.00 per hour (depending on shift type)
