    We are seeking Children’s Support Workers to provide consistent, compassionate care and practical support to children and young people. This is a varied role requiring flexibility, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver trauma-informed care to ensure the safety and wellbeing of young peopleBuild and maintain positive, professional relationshipsSupport daily routines, independence, and life skills developmentAssist with education, appointments, and recreational activitiesPrepare meals and promote healthy livingAdvocate for the needs and emotional wellbeing of young peopleTransport young people to appointments and activities (use of own vehicle required) RequirementsExperience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and emotional resilienceFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends, sleep-ins, and waking nightsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWillingness to undergo an enhanced DBS checkA relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care) is desirable but not essential.
