    We're looking for an Enrolment Specialist who is passionate about delivering an outstanding enrolment experience for learners and employers on their Early Years qualifications. This role sets the stage for success, ensuring every learner feels supported from the very start of their journey.
    Key responsibilities:Provide a consistent, high-quality enrolment experience for learners and employers nationwide.Schedule and manage individual and group enrolment sessions.Offer clear information, advice, and guidance throughout the enrolment process.Conduct skills scans and recognise prior learning to tailor support.Support English and Maths requirements and book next-step workshops.Collaborate with Operations and Admin teams to resolve enrolment issues.Promote safeguarding and adhere to GDPR and data protection standards.
