    JOB SUMMARY



    We are
    seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our marketing
    team at Pan Pacific London, a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star awarded luxury
    hotel in London. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who
    have completed a degree in marketing or public relations. The successful
    candidate will support the marketing team with daily marketing communication
    administrative tasks and assist in the execution of monthly marketing
    promotional activities and campaigns. This is an office-based role, offering a
    Monday to Friday schedule, providing an excellent opportunity to kickstart a
    career in the dynamic field of marketing within the hospitality industry. Your
    responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



    ·      
    Assist in the planning and
    implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels including
    digital, print and social media.

    ·       Support with budget related admin and
    collating monthly marketing reports. Take
    accurate minutes of F&B, Wellbeing and PR meetings for the department team.
    Support with the organisation and
    upkeep of marketing folders and key team docs.

    ·       Perform monthly research on the
    hotel’s competitors across all channels.

    ·      
    Design
    basic content creation in Canva or InDesign including menus, flyers and digital
    assets as well as assisting in briefing in the graphic designer for bigger
    projects.

    ·      
    Be the
    champion for website. Assist in
    maintaining and updating the hotel website and creating component design and overall
    management.

    ·      
    Guided
    by the PR Agency and the marketing team, co-ordinate and book media and
    influencer experiences across rooms, wellbeing, and F&B.

    ·      
    Track
    all social media platforms for trending news and ideas and assist with the
    monitoring of guest feedback across the hotel’s social media platforms.

    ·       
    Develop
    and maintain a content calendar for social media and hospitality notable dates.

    JOB SUMMARY



    As an
    Assistant Chief Engineer in our Engineering team, you will play a key role in
    delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. As a true ambassador of
    Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment
    to excellence. Your primary role will be to assist in managing the
    overall engineering operations of the hotel, ensuring all systems and
    facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You will coordinate the
    engineering team, oversee maintenance programs, and help implement projects and
    initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction.   Your
    responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



    ·       
    Assist in leading the engineering team and ensure the optimum running of
    the department, along with the development of their skills and knowledge

    ·      
    Proactively
    and reactively maintain all areas of the hotel and areas within our demise in a
    courteous manor, ensuring Pan Pacific standards of service are adhered to at
    all times

    ·      
    Ensure
    that every job/task have been completed to the highest standards, and should
    any job/task not be completed then every effort should have been made to do so

    ·       Adhere to all Pan
    Pacific policies

    ·       Be able to take on
    more tasks in addition to the ones previously stated, and within a reasonable
    timeframe

    ·       Have an active
    input to the annual budget to include payroll, utilities and R&M, and
    assist to identify areas of potential savings

    ·       Ensure associate
    holidays are planned and utilized in a timely manner

    ·       
    Ensure all team have been correctly trained on all aspects of their daily
    duties and tasks

    ·       Regularly monitor
    and update departmental SOP’s, to include training as and where required

    ·       Keep track of an
    update training records

    ·       Identify training
    needs for the engineering team to assist in daily duties, and also for career
    development

    ·       Ensure all O&M
    manuals are updated as and where required

    ·       Consistently meet
    the expectations of internal and external guests

    ·       Maintain effective
    communication within the department, and address any issues or concerns in a
    timely manner

    ·       Liaise with other
    departments, ensuing good communications and to offer support should it be
    required

    ·       Carry out selection
    interviews alongside Human Rescores for any potential department candidates

    ·       Carry out monthly
    job chats and annual reviews, ensuring follow ups are conducted midway through
    each review year

    JOB SUMMARY



    As a Chef
    de Partie in Straits Kitchen, you will manage your assigned section under the
    guidance of the Senior Sous and Sous Chefs. You will prepare, cook, and plate
    dishes that showcase Straits Kitchen’s fusion of Western techniques and
    Southeast Asian flavours, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation. You
    will maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and efficiency, assist
    in daily kitchen operations, and support the sous chefs in delivering an
    exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not
    limited to:

    Prepare and cook dishes
    according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, ensuring consistency,
    flavour, and presentation that reflect Straits Kitchen’s fusion of Western
    techniques with Southeast Asian influences.

    of a specific section of the kitchen, managing workflow, timing, and

    a Floor Supervisor in our Housekeeping department, you will play a key role in

    commitment to excellence. You will be responsible to ensure that all
    guestrooms/public areas are cleaned and supplied according to standards set by
    Pan Pacific Hotels Group. Supervise and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms,
    service areas, guest corridors, and back of the house staircases and all public
    areas as assigned to ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained
    at all times. Also, be responsible for planning coordination and administration
    of rooms/ public area operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are
    not limited to:·        
    Assist in overseeing all external contractors
    working in the hotel·        
    Assist in overseeing all maintenance of plants,
    gardening and landscaping operations of the hotel, including floral
    arrangements.·        
    Maintain a high level of guest service and ensure
    rapid and professional response to all guest requests. Supervise the
    distribution of work assignments to Room Attendants and Porters to ensure
    maximum output.·        
     Assign
    special duties to Room Attendants and Linen/House Porters on designated floors.·        
    Constantly monitor the computer system throughout
    the shift updating any change of room status.·        
    Check and return to Reception a constant flow of
    serviced guest rooms as per occupancy requirement.·        
    Report to the Housekeeping office any rooms which
    do not require service, are “Do Not Disturb” or are double locked by the
    afternoon and to log these on the hand over.
