We’re currently recruiting for an Aseptic Filling Biotechnologist to join our Manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing functions related to production and GMP manufacturing operations, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference. Your responsibilities in this role would be: Contributing to housekeeping including cleaning, sanitisation and sterilisation of equipment and components Performing all manufacturing operations including but not limited to component transfer and preparation, equipment and area preparation Maintaining QMS documentation, keeping accurate records, following instructions and complying with company policies Supporting troubleshooting activities and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives Being accountable as part of a team of Aseptic Filling Biotechnologists working on shift pattern to successfully fill, inspect, label and pack Vector Product Investigating quality incidents, deviations and improving procedures We are Looking For: Cleanroom experience or good understanding of GMP and GCP preferred Willingness to follow GMP PPE requirements during the working shift BSc Life Sciences or equivalent or alternatively some previous experience of working within a biological or chemical GMP manufacturing environment Flexibility to work shift patterns inclusive of weekends About Us: OXB is a quality and innovation-led viral vector CDMO with a mission to enable its clients to deliver life changing therapies to patients around the world. In this role, you will support the on-going development of the function ensuring continuity and quality of the procurement service to the business.
    Your responsibilities in this role would be: To implement procurement policies across all areas of the business. Share the ownership of a direct and indirect spend circa £125 Million. Develop and maintain stakeholder and key supplier relationships, both internally and externally, globally, at all levels. Drive innovation in procurement, streamlining the strategies, and adding value on major television projects. Manage long term pipelines for procurement, developing plans in line with the future goals of the organisation. Work cross functionally across OXB to ensure that the procurement process is maximizing value to the organisation and delivering best practices. Support end to end sourcing strategies helping transition the procurement team from transactional to a more a strategic function focusing on category management & SRM development. Build strong relationships across the business and with the supplier base, ensuring that business strategies are integrated into the procurement planning process. Flexible hybrid working arrangement available for the right candidate. We are looking for: Education to bachelor’s degree level (or equivalent). A proven history of working within procurement, with evidence of both value adding and cost reduction via implementing effective sourcing strategies. Good Category management and Supplier performance management experience. Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Experience within Pharma or Biotech or similar regulated environment Excellent communicator with the ability to engaging, building relationships, collaborate and influence with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Ability to work both individually and as a team. The ability to create, analyse and drive data driven decisions.

We’re currently recruiting for a Principal QA Specialist – Sterility Assurance. . This role is crucial for maintaining compliant operations and delivering high-quality products. As the Quality technical leader, the role focuses on aseptic processing, microbiology, depyrogenation, irradiation, and sterilisation. The primary duty is to maintain sterility assurance for aseptically manufactured sterile drug and viral vector products, requiring a deep understanding of cGMP regulations and their application in aseptic production environments. Your responsibilities in this role would be: Defining, implementing, and overseeing OXB’s sterility assurance strategy, including facility design, qualification, airflow/HEPA certification, media fills, environmental monitoring, container closure integrity, and cleaning/disinfection. Promoting compliance with sterility assurance regulations and best practices across the business. Supporting aseptic manufacturing and environmental monitoring for VS and VP operations, including contamination control documentation and aseptic fill guidance. Leading or supporting sterility assurance investigations, risk assessments, and validation activities. Driving continuous improvement in sterility assurance practices, processes, and systems, including adopting new regulations and technologies. Managing sterility assurance audits, inspections, and supplier quality oversight, including aseptic processing CMOs. We are looking for: Extensive knowledge of GMP, sterile product manufacture, and pharmaceutical regulations/standards. BSc degree in Microbiology or related field (advanced degree preferred) Proven skills in influencing people using negotiation and interpersonal skills to drive through project priority tasks to ensure on-time delivery of milestones. Proven experience in aseptic manufacturing environments (cleanrooms, isolators, sterility test isolators). Strong technical expertise in sterility assurance, contamination control, and cleanroom standards, with hands-on implementation experience. Experience in sterility assurance validation, product validation, and supplier quality management. Ability to interpret worldwide aseptic/sterility regulations into practical, compliant execution. Experience interacting with regulatory authorities during inspections. We’re currently recruiting for Maintenance Engineers with the ability to work across both Mechanical & Electrical maintenance disciplines to join the team. determine and execute routine preventative maintenance activities and procedures and assess and implement major fault repairs, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference. Your responsibilities in this role would be: Accountable for completion of assigned routine preventative maintenance activities Identification and mitigation of equipment faults. Responding to breakdowns of equipment, assessment, diagnosis, repair of faults or escalation Co-ordinating of OXB’s external engineering resource in relationship to specialist repairs and maintenance of assets Completing regulatory routine monitoring Evaluating asset performance against determined criteria Completing quality documentation for critical failures Escalating events impacting engineering assets. Identification and management of critical engineering stock inventory. Maintain a safety-first approach to assets and engineering procedures. We are looking for: A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English An apprenticeship to NVQ 3 Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in mechanical and/or electrical engineering. Experience within a GxP Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry is preferred or alternatively a similar regulated environment. Good working knowledge of Health and Safety within an engineering environment is needed.
