    This role in a nutshell:We’re hiring for an exceptional Category Manager to drive the strategic management of our Industry Operations procurement category. As a Category Manager, you’ll develop and execute category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and oversee procurement processes to deliver maximum value and mitigate risks. Your focus will align with OVO's Plan Zero ambitions, ensuring sustainable and ethical sourcing practices while achieving commercial success.You’ll be reporting to the Senior Category Manager and will play a critical role in supporting change, delivering results, and setting the bar for ‘what good looks like’ across the team.     This role in a nutshell:As a Delivery & Growth Lead, you’ll have a unique dual focus: keeping delivery flowing and growing the brilliant people behind it.You’ll drive continuous improvement across our tech delivery lifecycle, working closely with Product, Design, Engineering and Agile Coaching. You’ll lead on delivery rhythms, spot and remove systemic blockers, and help standardise how we work across teams.At the same time, you’ll be a key champion for our people – working with ICs and the People team to shape development plans, embed growth frameworks, and make OVO a place where talent thrives.Initially, you'll collaborate to lead a team of approximately 25 individuals within our Technology and Product functions, all while ensuring everyone receives a high-quality, personalised development experience.
