Working across residential conveyancing, commercial property and secured lending, you will support a talented group of fee earners with the day-to-day coordination that keeps matters progressing smoothly. From client communication and document preparation to post-completion work and Land Registry submissions, you will be central to ensuring every transaction is handled efficiently, accurately and professionally. What You Will Be Doing Provide full secretarial and administrative support to a busy property team working across residential conveyancing, commercial property and property finance matters. Prepare, format and amend legal documents, contracts, completion statements and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Manage Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions and post-completion formalities using systems such as Infotrack, ensuring all deadlines and compliance requirements are met. Open, organise and maintain client files, keeping records, documents and case management systems fully up to date throughout each transaction. Liaise confidently with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents and other third parties, helping to keep transactions moving and queries resolved promptly. Order searches, manage incoming documentation, monitor progress on live matters and proactively support fee earners with the smooth running of their caseloads. Help create a professional, efficient and reassuring experience for clients by ensuring communication is clear, timely and well organised from instruction to completion.
