You’ll need to be resilient, money, motivated, and comfortable with the reality that building a recruitment desk takes time. Key ResponsibilitiesDriving business development activity to identify and win new clients across the engineering and manufacturing sectors.Building and maintaining strong business relationships with decision, makers at all levels.Managing the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to account handover.Collaborating with recruitment consultants to ensure client requirements are delivered successfully.Helping shape sales strategies and contributing to the wider growth of the business development function.Tracking activity, forecasting pipelines, and achieving both personal and team business development targets.
