What's on Offer? £55,000 - £60,000 basic salary Annual bonus scheme Significant investment in engineering and technology Real progression opportunities Opportunity to shape a developing engineering function Exposure to predictive maintenance technologies including vibration monitoring and thermal imaging The Role As Engineering Team Leader, you will: Lead and develop a team of multi-skilled engineers Champion CMMS best practice and data accuracy Drive PPM compliance and maintenance performance Lead fault finding and root cause analysis activities Create and improve SOPs, processes and training plans Support engineers with hands-on maintenance when required Drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure strong communication and effective shift handovers What We're Looking For Previous experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Engineer Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge Experience within FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or GMP manufacturing Strong CMMS and maintenance planning experience Excellent communication and leadership skills Proven experience improving performance through data and process improvement Engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent Why Apply?
