Rather than building technical solutions, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple business units to understand business challenges, uncover opportunities, define use cases, and drive successful adoption of AI technologies. /p p You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring AI initiatives are aligned with business objectives, governance requirements, and user needs. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities: /strong /p p Stakeholder Engagement Discovery /p ul li Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives and operational pain points. /li li Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and requirements-gathering activities. /li li Build strong relationships with business leaders and end users. /li li Act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft Copilot and AI enablement initiatives. /li /ul p Business Analysis Use Case Development /p ul li Gather, analyse and document business requirements, workflows and use cases. /li li Translate business challenges into measurable AI opportunities. /li li Identify where Microsoft Copilot can improve productivity and efficiency. /li li Assess and prioritise opportunities based on business value and feasibility. /li li Develop business cases, recommendations and implementation roadmaps. /li /ul p Copilot Adoption Change Management /p ul li Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organisation. /li li Drive user engagement, training and change initiatives. /li li Deliver workshops, demonstrations and enablement sessions. /li li Create adoption materials, user guidance and communication plans. /li li Monitor adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. /li /ul p Collaboration Governance /p ul li Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical teams. /li li Work closely with Microsoft 365, AI and technology teams. /li li Support AI governance initiatives and best practices. /li li Promote responsible and secure AI adoption across the business. /li /ul p Essential Experience /p ul li Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, Digital Workplace Consultant, or similar role. /li li Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. /li li Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions. /li li Ability to gather, analyse and document business requirements. /li li Experience working on digital transformation, Microsoft 365, AI, or workplace technology programmes. /li li Strong communication skills with both business and technical audiences. /li li Experience driving technology adoption, user training, or change management initiatives. /li li Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and awareness of Microsoft Copilot capabilities. /li li Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. /li li Right to work in the UK. /li /ul p br /p p strong Desirable Experience /strong /p ul li Experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and/or Copilot Studio. /li li Knowledge of AI governance frameworks such as ISO 42001 or NIST AI RMF. /li li Experience working within cybersecurity, technology, financial services, or other regulated environments. /li li Exposure to Microsoft Purview, Power Platform, or Azure AI. /li li Experience delivering AI adoption or transformation programmes. /li li Relevant certifications such as: /li li BCS Business Analysis /li li CBAP /li li PMI-PBA /li /ul p br /p p strong Benefits /strong /p ul li Private Healthcare /li li Private Pension /li li EV Scheme /li li Cycle to Work Scheme /li li Hybrid Working Model /li li Career Development Opportunities /li li Opportunity to join a growing AI Enablement function /li /ul p /p Read Less
