This role acts as the bridge between operations, technology teams, and business stakeholders, overseeing the analysis, prioritisation, and resolution of incidents, service requests, and enhancement needs.
You will be responsible for deeply understanding end‑to‑end business workflows, identifying root causes of issues, and recommending solutions that optimise performance, reduce operational risk, and enhance user experience. They provide subject‑matter expertise, guide junior analysts, and support decision‑making by delivering clear documentation, impact assessments, and actionable insights.
By proactively monitoring system performance, championing process efficiencies, and collaborating closely with development, support, and operational teams, the Senior BA ensures that BAU services run reliably and consistently meet business expectations.
