    OneMedical Group are looking for a Triage Clinician with a keen interest in urgent care development, to join our team at Co-Located Services covering Shakespeare Walk-in-Centre and LGI in Leeds . This is a new role due to the growth of the service and an enhanced model of care.The successful candidate will be able to assess adult and paediatric patients, providing advice, signposting and repatriation, where appropriate, determining their need for immediate medical attention. Patients once assessed will be prioritised ensuring effective and timely review based on their clinical need.The post holder will work as part of the MDT at the centre, supporting the team, ensuring effective communication and safe management of the patients at all times throughout the shift.The role will require the individual to participate in training given in house and attend any necessary courses that are required.Hours: We offer both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time roles on a rota basis, covering 5 days over 7. You will have the opportunity to shape clinical pathways, drive innovation, and contribute to service-wide improvements that enhance the quality of care.
